ABOUT OUR SCHOOL
Winnie the Pooh Pre-School came into being 27 years ago, with five children. Most of their lessons took place outside in the garden under a tree. The school has grown since then and we now have thirty-five children and eight staff.
We take children from 18 months to six years. Out littlest are taken care of by Tam and her teacher's assistant Norma. Grade 000 are taught by Jenny who has been with Winnie the Pooh for more than twenty years. Grade 00 are taught by Debbie, who has been with the school for more than twenty years and Ginny teaches our Grade R class and is also our Principal.
Having run the school for the past twenty-seven years Ginny has a good relationship with the primary schools in the Durban North Community.
